Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the resource and delivery capabilities of the company across the company’s product and service’s components
  • Create and communicate sales goals and compensation across the business components for new customer acquisition
  • Ensure C-level executives involved in the development of field facing plans and objectives and are informed on the progress against those goals.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Build relevant sales and marketing materials to effectively communicate the company value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Develop the customer success program for assuring customer’s get maximum value from the service’s and product’s they purchase while building relations for increasing customer spend and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Manage a team to develop new and existing relationships
  • Establish and manage KPI to elevate team performance
  • Guide managers to close deals and provide support
  • Set clear objectives and metrics to ensure team is meeting sales goals
  • Retrieve and act on customer feedback for innovation and improvement
  • Manage a sales pipeline

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products in the construction and facilities management business
  • Experience in developing strategic Market plans
  • Experience in consumer segmentation plans
  • Experience in managing and growing sales managers
  • Knowledge in recruiting and hiring sales staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors
  • Familiarity with the software applications customers and suppliers leverage in the delivery of construction and facilities management services to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Experience working regionally and nationally
  • Worked in SaaS platform, tech enabled business, real estate, construction, outsourcing services and logistics

Experience and Education:

  • 7 to 10 Years of sales and sales management experience for driving both new sales and for supporting the requirements and expansion of existing customers.
  • Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred.
